Solar cells convert sunlight energy into DC electric power. They do not store energy. Solar cells are the basic building blocks. The power generated from one solar cell is insufficient for most applications.
Each Solar Cell typically generates power at 475 millivolts per cell. Depending on the size (surface area) of the cell the output power will vary. The conversion efficiency of cell is normally between 13% to 15%. While a full size 125 (PSQ) mm solar cell delivers around
2W power, part of the cells laser cut deliver desired lesser power output as well.
